I am posting this Crusader billon Denier,which i believe belongs to Jerusalem?or other city??but i am confused with legend
AR 18 mm-W:0.8 g
Obv:Cross pattee[marginal legend]
Rev:Tower of David?unusual with those known with large central gate..[marginal legend retrograde??]

that s the "porta urbica" or castle that is found on coins from genoa in italy
as far as i know there are some issue with the castle that were made by genoese settlers in the crusader states

some of these issues were struck in tripoli

I just found it among forum coinage-Genoa republic-Biaggi 835 (R3),  Genoa mint, obverse •+•IA•NV•A, castle in inner border; reverse +CVNRADI•REX, cross pattée in inner border

It's the Genoa type, but it was struck in Cyprus by Henry I (1218-53), so yes, it's a crusader issue (MPS 24b).  The inscriptions are +hENRICVS: and +REX CYPRI.

Yes , this is Henry I of Cyprus ( 1218-1253 ) billon denier , but I believe this is a CCS - 25  Obv:   +hENRICVS: Plain cross  and  Rev:   +REX CYPRI  . I think this is variant C  - with pellet in doorway .
