My very first Nero

I ordered my very first Nero this week and I'm quite thrilled about that!  :laugh:  I've always wanted a good denarius of this emperor and even though the coin shows obvious wear, I think it's of a generally good style and it has got a lovely portrait of the emperor. Hopefully it will arrive soon and safe!

Well that's a whole lot better than my first Nero, which was also my (co-first) first ancient coin.  Nero is by far my favorite of the 12 Caesars to collect, because of the lovely artistry of the series.
