Cilbani or not ?

Dear All,

Long time since I asked any questions here. Hope somebody can help. I just acquired this Roman Provincial. It was sold as a Antoninus Pius AE 17 Cilbiani 3,50 g. However I can't get the legend to match. Has it been correct determined ? Or is it of another city ?

Obverse
Isn't much to read except for the emperor, laureate, lint at the back of his head, legend indiscernible

Reverse
It seems to be KI(Lambda)N / (Omega)N. Seems simple. But as far as I have been able to check Cilbani never had this shortening of oits city name.  Depending on how you light the coin however legend could also be KMN. Making it KMN / (Omega)N.

Any help greatly appreciated !

It took some time to decide between Tium (ΤΙΑΝΩΝ) and Cius (ΚΙΑΝΩΝ), but the latter eventually won out.  From Isegrim:
