Pontos Amisos AE22 full id please

I haven’t been able to see a reference to this Pontos  Amisos AE22 Obv.  Weak struck Laureate head  Zeus right. Rev.    below eagle standing left on thunderbolt looking back. Star like monogram left field.  The weak obverse has made image capture difficult.  6.5gr 20.8-21.4mm axis 11hr Thanks
