Help ID Medieval billon coin
« on: April 26, 2024, 10:09:46 pm »
A bit bigger than a dime roughly 19 - 20 mm. Thin billon composition. I can't really make out too much. I think it's from Venice. Will greatly appreciate any help.

Hallo Alan M3,
Your coin should be a:
VENICE - SOLDO - Nicolo Contarini - 1630-1631.
Compare underneath:
Your coin has an extra "T" in the legend on the reverse. Different die.
