hello, recently I have found this cross and I have problem with dating.. could it be some kind of celtic cross? any opinion?

Likey Celtic.  This style is often used as decoration on horse harnesses.

Thank you Shawn. I put it with ring cause they were found on same place so i thought form of ring could help in dating. Thank you once again.
