can you help ID VSALEM HOSPITALL bel. 'Jerusalem Hospital' ??

Hi I have got this coin as part of a Roman lot on Ebay!  Could it be from Crusader period? I can see  VSALEM HOSPITALL and poss. D (unknown character ) V8 in centre.  I assumed 'Jerusalem Hospital' therefore Knights Templar.  Have spent 3 hours looking ... help! It is 19.5-20.0mm and 3.00gr

Sorry I posted a V.. big file.  I can read (poss.)  NVS on opposite side to Hospital.  The coin is slightly rusted so assume not silver?  Sorry takes ages to load but perhaps my connection is slow!

It is a copper grano of the Knights of Malta, issued by Grand Master Martin Garzes (1595-1601), see the middle coin on this page: http://coins.mos.net.au/10-garzes.htm

Obv: Arms (two crosses and two birds), + M. MARTINVS GARZIA (?) . MA
Rev: VT/COMMO/DIVS, + HOSPITALI . HIERVSALEM round
