I need help with this ethnic please--I cannot decipher the city.  Thanks in advance!

the coin is small: 14 mm, 2.08 gms.  The obverse legend begins: IMP CAES M AVP

Maybe Tyre. Similar to this 15mm coin in an upcoming auction:

If so, reverse legend might be "SEPT IM TVRO COLO". Can you read any of the letters except COLO in hand.

I think that's it.  In hand on the reverse I can read "IM TV" at 12 o'clock (now that I know what I'm looking for).  I can also make out SEV on the obverse.
