Standing Caliph type - Need assistance with full ID #2

I picked up a couple of nice 'Islamic' coins, successfully identifying many of them,
but there are a couple of them that I have found difficult to work out beyond the
basic types, and comparisons with a few broadly similar examples.

This is a Standing Caliph type and from what I can gather, it has a resemblance
to this one (as described):
Umayyad Caliphate. temp. 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan. AH 65-86 / AD 685-705. Æ Fals
(23mm, 3.71 g, 6h). Arab-Byzantine Standing Caliph type. Ilya (Jerusalem) mint.
Obv: Caliph standing facing
Rev: Large retrograde m with • and – below;
filistin in Arabic to left, ilya to right.
Goodwin Type 3; SICA I 730-1 var.; DOCAB 93; Album 3545.

Is this likely to be correct? What about the mint? Reference?

There is a lot missing, but hopefully enough is still there for a proper identification.

Yes, Ilya (Jerusalem) mint of this issue is rare, i am looking for one my self quit a while now.
