Ottoman Akce? Ar 10.25mm .6g

I acquired this Ar 10.25mm .6g coin with Arabic script.  It as in a small lot of 7 tiny Ar labeled as Ancient Islamic / Indian.  It has been suggested that it may be an  Ottoman akce.  If so what is its age?  Any ideas would be appreciated in identifying this interesting little coin.  Pogh_poor
