The coin looks like the RPC 1983 or RIC 798b (Dupondius) but the weight of coin is 8,4 grs and size 26mm.  ??? Dupondius or Semis? RIC list Dupondius..struck in Rome? or Commagene

Dupondius, now thought to be struck in Rome for circulation in the Western provinces. I believe I have seen a semis of this type, but only once and it must be exceedingly rare. The semis would be more around 18-22mm in diameter.
