Please help , I think Quintillus , but if I look good missing one letter L. Am I right ? The reverse is Salus AVG ? ???

By unofficial he means a local imitation (still ancient), not an official issue from the mint.

The style, the lettering, pretty much everything about it says local/unoffical

Third century lettering is often sloppy, but this goes beyond that to illiterate--unofficial local imitation, quite common for long-lived emperors, but unusual for a short-lived fellow.

Yes, a nice coin. I don't remember ever seeing an ancient imitation of a Quintillus coin. This one is good enough to be sure it is supposed to be a Quintillus.
