Autonomous with bust of Zeus from ?

Obv: bust of Zeus r.
Rev:  Deity holding ? in outstretched arm.

Reminded me of Smyrna but I've not found any match.  Any help much appreciated. Sorry, no details yet.

Just a quick impression, could it be Perseus on the reverse? Can you decipher any of the letters on the reverse? I see a C, any more that you're reasonably sure of?

I now think it may be Saitta, similar to this one:

Andreas, I think you are right about Perseus.  Found quite a few for Iconium and Argos with Perseus holding head at shoulder or higher. Not really sure of any letters yet..

But they all looked very different when I looked so I thought I was mistaken. The pose of the reverse figure does fit Perseus well.

Lycaonia, Iconium. Imperial times, ca 2nd century AD. 
Obv: Draped bust of bearded Herakles right.
Rev: COL ICONI, nude Perseus standing facing, head right, holding harpa in left hand, and head of Gorgon in right.
