Very small, I darkened the photo for detail. It came out of a group of uncleaned small trachea. This one stood out.

OBV I am goin to Say its bust of Christ.

REV A sant , either St Michael or Saint George or another warrior saint.

15mm at the widest.

.7gm weight

Any Ideas?

This is SB2036, a trachy minted by the Latin Empire of Constantinople.

Reverse St Michael
