late 11th century. Obv. Standing Saint Theodore (his name in the legend).

Reverse +KE RΘ/ IW A CΠA/ΘAP, TW A/ΛWΠW - 'Lord, aid Johannes Alopos, protospatharios.'

Protospatharios is a mid-level court dignity. John's family name was Alopos.
