Unknown tourist Julius Caesar Æ Medal type

I assume this is a 19th century tourist coin informed by a Julius Caesar Æ Medal?  Obv. Bearded head right MARO . I A . I A etc.  a similar coin legend to the original  https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3346452   Rev. Bound prisoner seated at the base of trophy surmounted by figure of Victory. Similar coin legend to the original.    GALLIA in exergue.  
Any ideas of the origin of this version? 21.9-22.2mm  5.7gr axis 12hr

This appears to be a 16th century Valerio Belli medal. The obv. is a fair match to https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3346455 Draped bust of Virgil right
