Your coin is hard to read ; the way it is , it is just we are going to use guessing.

The type was used only by Saljuks of Rum.
Also called in English Seljuk but Saljuk is the correct one , the name came from Saljuk the head member of the Sa' la' jeka.( سلاجقة )

My guess is Kaykhusraw I. ( not a final word )
If you could clean the reverse from the dust .
Maybe more info.

Added ; do you see anything under the horse ?
