It looks like a cast from modern moulds.

Looks fine to me, except fire damaged or less likely annealed. Look at the flan crack, obverse and reverse, no sign in the photo of closing. Would have been obverse down when heated to partial melting point. Fairly often ancient coins are fire damaged, such as in house fires (which can be how they got lost in the first place).

    Based on the image:  might be OK, might be fake in my opinion.  I wouldn't buy it unless dealer is reliable and offers authenticity guarantee.  That's a common type, plenty of indubitable examples are available elsewhere.

My philosophy is: if you have ANY doubts about a coin's authenticity you shouldn't buy it.  Have to realize there's about two million other ancient coins to choose from on the market  ;D.
