VENTIPO. Helmeted figure standing to l., holding a spear, terminating in a sort of trident (?).  Obv.  Helmeted head (Mars?) to l.  AE.  A coin of Ventisponte, a town of Hispania Boeticae.  Florez cities incriptions with EQVITIVS VENTIPONENSIS and EQVITIA VENTIPONENSIA.  (Eckhel, vol. i., p. 32.)
