CONSTANTI-NVSMAXAVG [CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG]; bust r., laurel wreath with small rosettes, dr., cuir. [E9 var.].

REVERSE

GLOR-IAEXER-CITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers stg. facing one another, holding spear in outer hand, inner hand resting on shield set on ground; between them two standards. TR•S in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

BUST TYPE VARIETY. Similar to E9 but diadem looks like an intermediate stage between laurel wreath [TRIER 538] and full rosette-diadem [TRIER 537].
