REVERSE

BEATTRA-NQLITAS [BEAT TRANQLITAS]; globe on altar inscribed VOT/IS/XX in three lines; above, three stars. F in left field, B in right field. PLON in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE - K2 l. Not attested for obv. legend 1a (p. 112). See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VII, p. 90. Cloke-Toone lists this type as LONDON 238 (9.06.003) but mentions that known examples are "ambiguous and could be described as either cuirassed or trabeate" (p. 272). Should be listed in RIC before LONDON 238.
