Facing busts of Elagabalus, laureate, draped and cuirassed, right; and Julia Maesa, diademed and draped, left.
Reverse: VΠ IOVΛ ANT CEΛEVKOV MAPKIANOΠOΛITΩN (OV ligate both times).
Hermes standing facing, leaning on a column, caduceus in left hand, purse hanging from right hand. E in right field.
