Obverse: A K ΓOYA ΔIOKΛΗTIANOC CEB
Laureate, cuirassed bust right.
Reverse: Eusebia standing left, wearing veil, long chiton and peplos; right hand dropping incense onto an altar, left hand holding up a fold of her peplos behind.
Field Marks: L in left field, Є in right field (Regnal year 5).
