Coin Type: Potin tetradrachm of Diocletian, 284-305 CE Mint and Date: Alexandria, 287-288 CE. Size and Weight: 17mm, 7.02g Obverse: A K ΓOV A ΔIOKΛHTIANOC CЄB Laureate and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: Athena standing left wearing helmet and long chiton with diplois; in right hand in front, holds little Nike right bearing wreath and palm; and places left hand on shield which rests on ground behind.
