Note: Esnible (on the Forum Classical Numismatics Discussion Board) said: "ISEGRIM reports a small bronze of Alabanda in Caria, of type Pegasos/Eagle flying right. Cites Von Aulock 8051 and a paper by Svoronos published in 1911. It also reports a small bronze of Skepsis in Caria except it doesn't mention if the eagle is flying. Cites Imhoof-Blumer, _Klein. Muenzen_ (1901/2) page 45 #4. I couldn't find any pictures online, and I don't have these books. The Alabanda coins have an inscription, ALABA or ALABANDEWN. Imhoof-Blumer didn't see one on the Skepsis coin (or ISEGRIM doesn't know of it), which suggests his identification was a guess based on the Pegasos, so I'd go with Alabanda."
