Note #1: This coin had a very severe and very aggressive case of bronze disease, probably the second-worst
of any coin in my collection. I treated it very aggressively for well over a year. It relapsed at one point.
This coin had (past tense) a beautiful glossy black/green patina. During treatment, the patina was stripped.
After treatment, I artificially re-patinated it with Jax solution and sealed it with Renaissance wax. The
bronze disease left the surfaces of the coin with moderate to severe pitting and cratering.

Note #2: The obverse of this coin appears to have some sort of (metal?) filling or plug at the 6:00 position.

Note #3: The countermark on this specimen was applied in Sicily during the reign of Tiberius (14-37 AD).
