PaulinaPaulina as the wife of Maximinus is not mentioned in contemporary literature. She is mentioned by the 4th century historain, Ammianus Marcellinus and the 12th century Byzantine chronicler, Zonaras. From coin inscriptions it is possible to conclude that she died shortly before or shortly after her husband's accession. |
