van't Haaff believes that Kamnaskires I and II are the same ruler. There is no evidence to suggest that they were two different rulers.

Rev: BASILEW[S] KAMASKIRO[U] NIKH[FOROU], Apollo facing left, holding arrow and bow, sitting on an omphalos, legend around, within dotted border.
Mint: Most likely minted while Kamnaskires was not in control of Susa.

These issues with the epithet, NIKH[FOROU], typically have a monogram on the obverse. Also, the list of legend varieties in Alram does not contain the spelling of Kamnaskires displayed on this specimen.
