RIC.734, Cohen 448.
This reverse type comes in two variants, with the she-wolf either looking straight ahead, or turning her head back to look at the twins, as on this coin. This second variant is definitely the scarcer of the two: not represented in our Forvms photofile, nor in CoinArchives according to my (Curtis Clay) perhaps inadequate search. Strack 945 lists five museum specimens and one in an auction catalogue, apparently all that he knew, meaning that this variant is missing from the rich collections in Paris and Vienna.SRukkeAug 06, 2010

OBV: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP, laureate head right
REV: TR POT COS II, Fortuna standing facing left, holding rudder cornucopiae.
Per Curtis Clay, Forvm Ancient Coins:
Date exactly 139, as specified by the emperor's title COS II.
Antoninus became COS II on 1 Jan. 139, COS III on 1 Jan. 140.
Probably spring 139 until the end of the year, since at the beginning of 139 Antoninus was still using a longer legend form and was not yet P P.

REV: LIBERALITAS IIII, Liberalitas standing left holding counting board and cornucopiae. RIC 818 corr. (Unlisted obverse and reverse legend combination.)
Per Curtis Clay:
RIC 818, by mistake, omits COS IIII from the obverse legend, though citing Cohen 499, who correctly gives the COS IIII that is found on all specimens of the coin!
Actually Cohen 499 makes this mistake too, so it's one that RIC took over from Cohen, not bothering to check Cohen's description against actual specimens of the coin in the BM and other collections and catalogues.

Alexander The Great GorytosAlexander The Great, bronze, gorytos type, four chalkoi (hemiobol), 336 - 323 BC, 17mm, 4.4g
Western Asia Minor, M.J. Price 322, Müller 1699, SNG Saraglos 843, SNG Milano 145,
SNG Stockholm 284, SNG Cop. 1059, McClean 3516.
This Alexander bronze type, like the first, also features Herakles on the obverse and a soldier's weapons on the reverse.
But in this case the weapons are a gorytos (case for bow and quiver) along with a club, and the bow lies within the gorytos
rather than underneath the quiver.
Often the gorytos is referred to as a bow case, but it also holds arrows as well so is probably best referred to as a gorytos.
Sometimes it's erroneously referred to as an arrow case or quiver, by dealers as well as attribution references,
with no distinction made between the gorytos and quiver bronze types.
SNG Manchester mistakenly referred to it as a bull's head based upon the worn specimen they had to attribute.
Gorytos bronzes are seen less frequently than the quiver bronzes. The mint mark on this particular variety, below the gorytos, is the letter E.

Serapis was credited with a healing attribute, especially in cases of acute diseases.
Marcus Aurelius, tortured with the malady which later killed him, made a visit to the temple of Serapis at Perinthus, Thrace;
