IIIvir AAAFF = Triumvir aere argento auro flando feriundo, man-of-three for bronze-silver-gold casting-striking, one of three Mint Magistrates of Rome, elected annually by the Senate. The last person certainly known to have held this position became consul in AD 235.

From Curtis Clay: The obverse of Jochen's As shows the rare earliest
portrait of Claudius' reign, youthful and reminescent of his brother
Germanicus. I think Jochen's coin will have a rank high among the luckiest
first purchases ever made!

PILEUS, a felt cap, given to slaves who received their freedom. Therefore a attribute of Liberty

VICTORIA, the personified Victory, has her own temple on the Palatine Hill at Rome as early as 292 BC. The style in which she is represent in art is derived from the Greeks (Nike!). She is always winged, may be armed and may bear a round shield (CLIPEUS).
CLIPEUS, a round shield, taken over from the Greeks, a symbol of valour and victory in Roman art. CLIPEUS VIRTUTIS, an award given to soldiers who have saved the life of a comrade in battle, like the CORONA CIVICA. In the case of Nero the meaning is probably a more general one.
