Emperor Dragging Captive: Valentinian AE3, R.SECVNDA

[b]Obv[/b]: DN VALENTINIANVS PF AVG. Diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right.
[b]Rev[/b]: GLORIA ROMANORVM / R.SECVNDA. Emperor holding labarum & dragging bound captive.
