This is most likely one of the later Kamnaskies (Kamnaskies VI or later). All of the Orodes I tetradrcahms of this style, that I have seen, have a different hair style or an Aramaic legend in front of the bust.

Forgot to mention that your dating for this coin is way to early. It is more likely late 1st or early 2nd century AD.

Tom is using Bell's chronology and attributions, which is not widely accepted yet. But in a few years that could change.
