ขรัวโต วัดพระแก้ว (Khrua To, Wat Phra Kaew)
Apparently a stylus used/gifted? to Somdet Phra Buddhacarya, the infamous Thai Monk from the temple of Wat Phra Kaew.
Of course, he is so famous that, it could be from anywhere too...
