Obv: ΓΟΑΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟC in two columnar groups. Bust of St. Demetrius, beardless and nimbate wearing tunic, breastplate and sagion; right hand holds sword resting over shoulder; left hand holds shield.
Rev: Full-length figure of emperor on left and St. Michael, beardless and nimbate; between them sword pointed downward. Emperor wears stemma, divistion, collar-piece and loros of simplified type; right hand on breast. Manus Dei in center above
