Obol, .6 gm, 10 mm, 200-121 BC, Sear GC 72
Obv: Anepigraphic with probable head of a youthful Apollo, left.
Rev: Wheel with four spokes. M and A in lower two.
Thanks for sharing this one! Great to see at this scale, the one in Sear, GC 72, being so tiny and difficult to see detail. Really a beautiful coin! (I personally think Apollo most-probable).
Thanks, Tia...and with my meathook excuses for hands, it was the devil itself to set up on the scanner! Unbelievably tiny...no wonder the type was eventually abandoned!!
