Obv: X/AP X/M; Half-length figure of St. Michael nimbate, wearing divitision, collar-piece and paneled loros of simplified type; right hand holds sword, resting over shoulder; left hand holds sheath.
Rev: ΜAΝϪΗΛ ΔЄC - Ο ΛΓIOC KOCT; Full-length figure of ruler on left, and of St. Constantine; between them patriarchal cross on long shaft at the base of which, three steps. Ruler wears stemma, divitision, collar-piece and jeweled loros of simplified type; right hand holds palm-frond. Saint similarly dressed; left hand holds palm-frond.
