The horns are branched- Definately a Stag. I really love this coin because it is so beautiful!

Nice coin. The reverse legend appears to read SAECVLARHS AVG

AMAZING example! So nice, best looking reverse of the type I have seen! Great portrait as well... I have an AR/BI Gallienus Ant with the 'MARS VICTOR' reverse, and a similar branch in exergue... I don't know what it means, do you? It is intriguing... I also have an AR/BI Gallienus 'AEQUITAS AUG' ant with a star in exergue...
