Mixed-up photos? RIC 312c is VENVS VICTRIX. TEMPORVM FELICITAS is a reverse of Elagabalus.

Hi there. This is not a human errors, but the image of an original mixed (hybrid?!) coin. Contemporary imitation? The obvers Caracalla, the revers of Elagaball. The coin is Fouree. Question
