Italy, Paestum, Temple of Apollo
Firstly it was thought it's temple of Poseidon, then it's the second temple of Hera and now it's thought it's temple of Apollo. But somewhen temple was used as temple of Poseidon and somewhen as temple of Hera.
Who knows how many times temple will change deity in future.

temple was built +- 450 BC
