Iran, Bisitun
Along the path to the main attraction there are two badly preserved Parthian reliefs, most likely from the first cent. BC and the first cent. AD. They show king Mithradates II (ca. 123 - 90 BC) receiving a delegation of four dignitaries (to the left of the defacing 17. cent. AD Safavid plate). The inscription on top of the Mithradatesí relief is in Greek.
