commodus noted: One of a late 20th century series of Italian tokens depicting facsimile obverses of coins of each Roman emperor and other Roman rulers and relations. The reverse of the token gives the name of the emperor/ruler in modern Italian (in this case CARACALLA IMPERATORE = "Caracalla, Emperor") and dates: dC = "dopo Christo" ("after Christ") and aC = "avanti Christo" ("before Christ"). The dates given on the token in question are for Caracalla's full lifetime.

Bust: Laureate bust right
Rev: IOVI CONSERVATORI
Jupiter standing left leaning on scepter and holding thunderbolt
Ref: None. Fantasy Coin.

According to RSC it doesn't exist. Wrong legend combination, and wrong depiction of Jupiter.
Closest match would be RSC 107, RIC 301 with obverse legend ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM and Jupiter holding thunderbolt and scepter with 2 standards behind and eagle at feet (jbaran)

Quote from Curtis Clay "The Caracalla is definitely fake in my eyes, not a mere cast but from false dies copied from an original. Neither of its dies are represented in my large collection of plaster casts of Caracalla sestertii, though there are similar dies from which these may have been copied."

Quote from Barry Murphy "Both [this coin and a Trajan sestertius under question]are fakes. I've seen several of these before."
