Cast fakes sold by fakes seller 'empire_gallery' on eBay. These are not the same coin, but identical cast copies. In this case the toning on the reverse is different from 10 to 12 o'clock. The top one sold for $20.50 (Dec. 2006) and the bottom one sold for $24.05 (Dec. 2005).

Commodus stands, facing right, being crowned with a wreath by Victoria, personifying the victories of Commodus, while he receives a globe from Roma, the city goddess of Rome, who is seated holding a cornucopiae, and while he also receives a caduceus from Felicitas, personifying the happiness, success, and prosperity he has brought to Rome.
