Sold by Bolaffi Ambassador Auction no. 313 (Nov. 2008), lot 157 as real for 180 euro.
According to David R. Sear, Ancient Coin Certification Service, this is a modern (probably 19th century) cast forgery of a sestertius of Trajan. The flan lacks the normal concavity of the reverse field, exhibits pitting in the field, weakness in the legends, and an unnaturally smooth and regular edge.

ANTO_FAVS.jpg
Antoninus Pius obverse with Diva Faustina obverse sestertius102 viewsoffered for auction Sep. 2014.
weight: 25,54g.
Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XV, laureate draped bust right, minted Rome, AD 151-151
Reverse: DIVA AVGVSTA FAVSTINA, Diademed, veiled draped bust Diva Faustina Mater, minted Rome, ca. AD 140-145 (according to Beckmann, 2009)

This is a compound coin made from the obverses of two authentic sestertii with the purpose of creating a fake rarity. The rim was smoothed and covered with some dark substance to hide the joint but which remains visible in some areas (see photo).

As Curtis Clay noted both sides of the coin were minted in different periods. According to Beckmann's recent study, the legend DIVA AVGVSTA FAVSTINA was no longer current when the Antoninus sestertius dated TR P XV was issued. For anyone interested, the Martin Beckmann paper can be found at: http://www.academia.edu/874791/_The_Coinage_of_Diva_Faustina_Proceedings_of_the_INC_Conference_Glasgow_2009 .
