This reverse is the same as another coin posted by another user. Bad fake patina over copper.

Example of uncleaned fakes which turned up enmasse in 2003, believed to have originated in Bulgaria. Quickly identified by the crude style, although originally thought to be Barbaric Imitations when first few appeared.

Syracuse, Tourist Fake, unknown AE275 viewsBronze Heracles? / Deity in Biga, Nike above, Ketos (sea monster) in exergue
This Bulgarian or Turkish bronze fake seems to be based on the Syracuse tetradrachm: Head of Arethusa right wearing pearl diadem, surrounded by 4 dolphins clockwise / deity in slow biga to right, Nike above crowing the horses (or driver), ketos (sea monster) in exergue to right, Ref SNG ANS 128.
I was unable to find a genuine version of this coin with anyone other than the goddess Arethusa on the obverse.
The reverse has been reversed for the fake, in order to get round laws forbidding the copying of genuine coins (if it's reversed, it's not a copy of a genuine coin, see?)
Bought as genuine by a friend on holiday in Turkey.
