Bronze dirhem, Spengler-Sayles 65.1, Album 1867, Mitchiner WOI 1126, F, double struck, al-Mawsil (Mosul) mint, weight 11.842g, maximum diameter 29.9mm, die axis 315o, 607 AH, 1211 - 1212 A.D.; obverse Naskhi inscription: Arabic mint name and date, diademed and draped Roman-style bust left, star below chin; reverse Naskhi inscription in six lines and margins: Kalima, name and title of Abbasid caliph, and name and title of 'Izz al-Din Mas'ud II; scarce; SOLD
