Silver antoninianus, RIC IV 180, RSC IV 71, Hunter III 11, SRCV III 9758, VF, excellent portrait, toned, well centered on a tight oval flan, some darker spots, slightly grainy, Rome mint, weight 3.750g, maximum diameter 20.2mm, die axis 0o, 251 - 253 A.D.; obverse IMP CAE C VIB VOLVSIANO AVG, radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; reverse PAX AVGG (the peace of the two emperors), Pax standing left holding branch and scepter, star right; from the Maxwell Hunt Collection; SOLD
