Silver tetradrachm, Noe Sicyon 13.2 (A19/P36, same die break under athletes arms), Price 195, Müller Alexander 637, Demanhur 1649 - 1666, Newell Reattribution 53, VF, tight flan, light toning, attractive style, scratches, bumps, some die wear, Macedonia, Pella mint, weight 17.026g, maximum diameter 24.5mm, die axis 180o, struck under Antipater, c. 328 - 323 B.C.; obverse head of Herakles right, wearing Nemean Lion skin, scalp over head, forepaws tied at neck; reverse Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, throne without back, nude to the waist, himation around hips and legs, right leg forward (archaic lifetime style), eagle in extended right hand, long scepter vertical behind in left hand, AΛEΞANΔPOY downward behind, athlete with arms raised left in left field; SOLD
