The reverse legend translates, "The rest and retirement of the best and most meritorious [emperors]," referring to the dead and deified emperors Claudius II Gothicus, Maximian and Constantius I. Constantine struck commemoratives with this reverse for each of those emperors, with whom he had familial connections.RL88064.
