Bronze nummus, RIC X 1017 variant, VF, Constantinople (Istanbul, Turkey)(?) mint, weight 0.626g, maximum diameter 8.9mm, die axis 180o, 475 - 476 A.D.; obverse A ZENONIS, diademed and draped bust of Zenonis right; reverse variant of Zenonis' monogram (O separated from the main design); exceptional quality for the type; a specimen of same grade but better centering, normal monogram, sold for $2750 plus fees in CNG 73; extremely rare; SOLD
