Obviously Voetter must have seen a coin of this description.

RIC Thessalonica VII, p 502, 20 (Crispus) note, and 22 (for obverse); Cohen -, nice VF, nicely centered, well struck, 5th officina, Thessalonica (Salonika, Greece) mint, weight 2.570g, maximum diameter 21.5mm, die axis 180o, c. 317 - 318 A.D.; obverse LICINIVS IVN NOB CAESAR, laureate head right (small portrait); reverse PRINCIPIA IVVENTVTIS (in honor of the Prince of Youth), prince standing half right, in military dress, helmeted, spear in right hand, left hand rests on grounded shield, •TS•E• in exergue; extremely rare; SOLD
